West Ham has agreed to allow Manuel Lanzini to walk away from the club in January after completing the club-record signing of Lucas Paqueta.
According to reports, it is believed that West Ham told Lanzini he was free to find a new club, either on loan or on a permanent deal, before the deadline day of the last summer transfer.
But he could not agree on a deal in time and will play for West Ham for a few more months.
West Ham has told him that the situation remains the same, and he will be free to go once again in the January window.
West ham’s manager, David Moyes, does not see Lanzini as an integral part of the team anymore and has played the attacking midfielder role only regularly in Europa Conference League games.

Moyes has tried to fizzle Lanzini out of the Premier League appearance and has only featured in three of the seven League games this season, twice as a substitute and once as a starter.
Before the new agreement between Lanzini and West Ham, the Argentine was a regular in West Ham’s Premier League side last season, making 30 appearances, with 19 being starts.
