Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) chieftain, Femi Fani-Kayode has accused the All Progressives Congress(APC) of publicly bribing voters with N100, 000.
Mr Fani-Kayode also alleged that men of the Nigerian police and army were preventing PDP agents from watching polling units.
The former Aviation Minister when speaking via twitter on Thursday also said journalists were also prevented from monitoring the electoral process.
He wrote :
