Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon Yakubu Dogara, may have dumped his party, the All Progressives Congress(APC) judging by latest reports.
The Speaker was said to have picked the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) expression of interest and nomination forms on Wednesday at the party’s national secretariat. According to the reports, the forms were picked on Dagara’s behalf by one of his trusted allies, a day after the APC closed sale of nomination forms.
Nigerians have taken to social media to react to the news. Although the National chairman of the ruling party, Adams Oshiomhole has said defections has no political hinderance to the party, many are of the view that losing Dogara and Bukola Saraki definitely has its cons.
Here are some reactions
Can someone pass this message to Edo Wizard that Dogara is now PDP.
Let him impeach him too. 😂😂😂

Saraki Dragged Dogara into his mess and left him to deal with the mess himself. Saraki is criminally smart, Although one day will be the end of the road for him, he always seem to mess people up and cut out. Be wary of all kind of Sarakis around you.
