A monkey on a rampage attacked villagers and tried to kidnap a baby boy. Shocking footage shows residents in Karnataka, India, confront the animal as it hovers over a child and picks it up.
They try to distract the monkey however every time someone approaches it, the monkey becomes violent.
Thankfully a man manages to grab the baby and takes him to safety.
The child is seemingly unaware of the danger as the incident unfolded.
