The actress began the search together with her Foundation after the picture had gone viral on the internet. The teenager identified as Afia was said to be engaged in the act of trading her body in order to fend for herself and her unborn baby.
When the incident came to her attention, the actress liaised with friends in the movie industry in Ghana to help her locate the teenager.
Tonto Dikeh disclosed that Afia would enjoy a special package from her foundation. She went on to spell out a few things that her foundation was going to do to ensure that she could at least lead a meaningful life after her delivery.
Dikeh also took to her Instagram handle to post the pictures of Afia and her baby in the hospital. The picture also had screenshots of how she was able to rescue the young lady.
