Buhari Gets New Aide-De-Camp

Outgoing ADC, Colonel Muhammad Abubakar (R) attends to President Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Lieutenant-Colonel Yusuf Muktar Dodo as his new Aide-de-Camp (ADC).

Dodo before his new appointment was the Academy Adjutant of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA).

He succeeds Colonel Mohammed Lawal Abubakar, who has occupied the position since 2015.

The immediate past ADC, Abubakar, reportedly vacated the position to resume a promotion course, after which he would be promoted to the Brigadier-General rank.

The President is currently in his hometown Daura, Katsina state, where he is attending theAll Progressives Congress Membership Registration
