Big Brother Naija season 4 first-runner up, Mike Edwards has penned a special message to black women all around the globe.
The reality TV star took to his Instagram page on Sunday where he posted of his wife, Perri getting emotional while reading a letter on their wedding day.
In the photo, tears of joy could be seen rolling down her eyes as her bridesmaids watched her closely.
Edwards, in the caption, reminded black women that they are worthy of love that does not involve suffering.
In his words;
“Dear Black Women,
You deserve love that doesn’t require suffering first.”
The post received nods of agreement as well as criticisms from those with opposing views.
