Nigerian author Reno Omokri has taken to social media to pen an open letter to women.
According to Reno, women need to ensure they have a job or business before they venture into marriage.
”Dear women,
It is good to have either a business or a job before you marry. Why? Because a woman without an income is more likely to say yes to a man she does not love, and spend the rest of her life existing in a loveless union, instead of living.
“Having your income gives you leeway to say yes to the right man, not the man of right now.
“When you have money available, you become more eligible, which means you don’t say yes to the first available man.
“Money gives you more options in marriage, life and even in the hereafter.”
