In a video shared on the Internet, a man was spotted being beaten by some locals at the Ikeja Computer Village area.
It was also gathered that the man had intended to buy a phone with the intent to fraud by faking the payment.
Also, according to the video shared, the man had nothing close to the amount for the phone he wanted to buy.

The locals were also spotted beating the man as they also made him tell the camera what he had done.
