Manchester United midfielder, Ander Herreira, is unimpressed with their 2-2 draw with Arsenal during their domestic league clash yesterday despite the Red Devils needing to force the tie to a draw.
The Spaniard who was one of the only four Manchester United players to keep his place in the team following their disappointing draw with Southampton last week had been a peripheral figure for much of the campaign, starting only five games out of 20 before this one,
He was instrumental in the first United’s goal, providing the assist for Martial despite replays showing him to be fractionally offside and also made more tackles (five) and more interceptions (six) than anyone else on the pitch.
The former Athletico Bilbao midfielder took to his twitter handle at the end of the match to react by saying it wasn’t the result they wanted.
What he said below:
Not the result we wanted but we have to build from this fantastic attitude and spirit 🔴 #goodbattle #fight pic.twitter.com/xEDrz4736N
