Former Presidential aide, Reno Omokri has said that, a vote for President Muhammadu Buhari, in the coming presidential election, is a vote for two strong men, who have ‘hijacked’ powers from the President.
Omokri, who was aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, said this, in reference to a recent statement by the wife of the President, Aisha Buhari.
Mrs Buhari had said that two powerful men, whom she didn’t mention their names, have taken over power from her husband and are the ones, ruling Nigeria now, calling on Nigerian men to rise up and get their country back.
Referencing Mrs Buhari, Omokri pointed to Nigerians no one could be closer tky Buhari, than his wife Aisha, and she has stated clearly that the president doesn’t have control of his government. He added that, even Mrs Buhari will vote the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential candidate and former VP of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar come 2019.
He wrote:
If Aisha Buhari, the wife and closest person to Muhammadu Buhari, tells you openly on video, that two unelected men control her husband and his government, should that not alert you that a vote for Buhari is a vote for those two men?
I assure you, even Aisha will vote for Atiku.
