Manchester United parted with their Portuguese tactician, Jose Mourinho, on Monday following strings of unpleasant run that saw the Red Devils lounging in 6th position and 19 points behind league leader, Liverpool. The Self ‘acclaimed’ special one was sacked after being capitulated 3-1 by Liverpool on Sunday.
Ivorian International, Eric Bailly, has taken out time to praise the Portuguese tactician despite being relegated to the bench by the manager.
Bailly who was signed by Mourinho two seasons ago became an instant click as a result of his no nonsense defensive approach to game but found playing time limited after suffering a dip in form.
What he said:
Whatever they may say, I will always be thankful to the person who gave me the chance to make my debut at Old Trafford. Thank you for what you have taught me. Good luck, coach. pic.twitter.com/Xj2IZJuYxu
