Senator Ben Bruce of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has taken a huge swipe at the present government of President Muhammadu Buhari.
The senator, who is a strong member of the campaign team of Atiku Abubakar, PDP’s presidential candidate in a tweet on Friday, asked why the country’s refineries are still not functioning.
The senator said the Buhari led government, promised that the refineries, will become functional on 2018, and 2018 will end in a few weeks, yet the situation of the refineries is still the same.
Ben Bruce said the APC led government can’t talk of the next level, if the present level hasn’t been fixed, revealing that Nigeria now imports fuel from Ghana.
Where are the refineries this government promised will be ready in 2018? We cant talk of a #NextLevel, if the present level is not ready. Nigeria today imports fuel from Ghana. Yes, you heard me right. If Ghana can get its act together, why can’t we? That is a next level question.
