A housewife has been left with facial scars after she was thoroughly beaten by her husband today.
It was gathered that the tragic incident happened in Iriebe area of Rivers State.
According to neighbours, the husband is poor and the lady always complains about the paucity of funds in the home.
He allegedly got tired, today, and beat her to near oblivion. The suspect has since been arrested while the wife is undergoing treatment.
