It is no longer news that many Nigerians are facing tough times today because of the state of the economy. However, President Muhammadu Buhari says he is aware of the plight of his people and the situation is only temporary.
According to Mr President, the welfare of his people is the main thrust of the ‘change agenda of his administration’.
The president said that is why many initiatives under the Social Investment Programme(SIP).
Speaking via his Senior special assistant, Mr Garba Shehu, the president says that is why the administration decided to share recovered stolen funds to the poor.
In a few on Tuesday, Mr Shehu said this decision is something past ‘corrupt government ‘ wouldn’t do.
