Chelsea Midfielder, Eden Hazard, contract would expire at the end of next season and this has got some of Europe’s biggest clubs scampering for his signature trying to lure him away from Stanford bridge.
The Belgian who joined Chelsea from Lille in 2012 has most recently been linked with a move to Paris Saint Germaine in the next summer transfer window but he has ruled out a move to Parc de Princes . He revealed that Lille is the only option if he is to consider joining the French Ligue 1.
The skillful striker also admitted that he could leave Stamford Bridge for another club in 2019 but maintained that he doesn’t see himself playing for the French champions.
What he said:
“If I have to go back to France one day, it would be to Lille. But today, there is no chance that I’ll come back in the French league.”
“Next summer it’s a possibility, but it’s also possible that I spend the rest of my career at Chelsea.”
