Barcelona’s captain, Lionel Messi. yesterday after the Champions League draw came out to give Barca’s fans the assurance that they much coveted trophy would be won by his term this season.
Barcelona who have been drawn along PSV, Tottenham and INTER were knocked out of the previous campaign by Roma, after the Italian outfit made one of the famous come back of the competition history.
Barcelona had defeated them 4-1 in the first leg of the encounter at Camp Nou and traveled to the the Roman capital beaming with confidence. They were however shocked by the Italian outfit who put 3 un-replied goals past them to make it into the semi finals.
Messi is however confident that such complacency would not happen again this season as he shares his thought blow.
