In this 2018 list released by Jobberman, it was revealed that United Bank of Africa (UBA) is the number one Financial Institution to work in and the number two company overall.
It is evident that the Bank has put a system in place that enriches the lives of its employees. UBA understand their most valuable resources are their human resources. Other companies across Nigeria and Africa can certainly take a cue from them. Congratulations on the ranking UBA!
