Civil Servants embark on indefinite strike over 11 months unpaid salary

Civil servants in Benue State decided to sit back at home after the Independence day holiday which was declared by the federal government on October 2nd, 2017.

The workers  began an indefinite industrial action over seven months unpaid salaries.

The state workers said the state government was owing them seven months salary arrears, while the local government workers claim they were being owed for eleven months.
