46 year old Nollywood actress and fitness guru, Kate Henshaw, showed off her flexible moves during workout this morning, 15th of September, 2017.
Her back-breaking stunt has gone viral on social. People have been advised never to attempt this at home without adequate supervision.
The single actress whose house in Lagos got burnt in June, 2015 is a veteran in her field. In 2008 she won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role.
