What You Should Know About Wet Dreams

Tuesday, 8 August 2017

For those who realized what it was, you know that you just had your first wet dream. The “Wet Dream” seniors have always been talking about. Congratulations.

Wet dreams are signs that you have crossed over to the Puberty side of life. Simply put, a wet dream is when you release in your sleep after dreaming that Folake in your class showed you love. Medically, wet dreams are called “Nocturnal Emissions” (Nawa for Doctors, see as them package the thing). “Nocturnal” means “at night” and “Emission” means “to release”.

Wet dreams are caused by puberty: when your body begins to produce testosterone that’s when you begin to release sperm, or caused by s*xual inactivity for a long period of time. At this point in puberty, your John Thomas will be standing at attention randomly – in the classroom oh, in the sitting room oh, in the shower oh, on the football pitch oh, anywhere, but don’t worry, it’s a normal thing and it helps the body function normally as they regulate the release of testosterone within the body. So with a weapon that is ready to shoot like that, any girl you catch can get pregnant.

Now, girls, some of you are giggling, boys aren’t the only ones who experience wet dreams. You do too. While boys release when they have wet dreams, girls have orgasms in instead. Although, boys still have the most wet dreams. Girls just have them once in a while.

So what do you do when when you’ve had a wet dream? First, don’t panic. Like we’ve been saying it’s a normal thing. Then you clean yourself up with soap and water, basically have a shower to get rid of the semen on your body.

In our community, many people believe wet dreams are spiritual, and that it is one spiritual wife/husband chasing you from somewhere for s*x. Medical research disagrees. According to medical expertise, wet dreams are normal, and everybody has experienced wet dream at some point in their lives. If you feel bad about having wet dreams, you can always talk to us about it or someone else like your older cousin or your biology teacher or your parents, but trust us, it’s normal. With time and maturity, these dreams will stop.
