In a recent podcast with ‘Middle Ground’, Nigerian rapper and Chocolate City Music boss, M.I Abaga, has openly shared his views about se*uality and the Gay law in Nigeria which he describes as ‘Stupid’.
The hip hop recording artist said that he feels its not safe to openly disclose your se*uality in Nigeria until the law is repealed.
He said:
‘I feel like I have a few freinds with different s*xual orientations and I think its stupid that we have that law in Nigeria but now that we do, until the law is repealed, I feel its not safe to openly disclose your se*uality’.
One of his Twitter followers however disagreed with his views.
MI then replied saying:
‘Cheating and adultery are wrong.. but they are not criminalized.. and no form of consensual adult expression of love should be.. my opinion’.
