Rain water is the purest water in the nature, there is nothing wrong in drinking the raining water. But we must purify it before drinking. Rain water is having a lot of health benefits, it is having the natural minerals but it is accompanied with some dirts too, so we are in need to purify it before drinking it.
Not only human beings, animals, plants and trees also need rain water for their growth.
